Introducing the Meihoff Corps Model 3 MBT, or the M3. Below 100t (just), this is the first vehicle in the Meihoff Corps' arsenal able to withstand the Taiga scenario. While the tracks are rather fragile (a weakness the AI absolutely loves to exploit, sadly) the armour is more than thick enough to withstand anything thrown at it, the 75mm turret has nice traverse rates, a 6 second reload, and can one-shot a Centurion* with its muzzle velocity of 964.5m/s and penetration of 168.9mm. The M3 has a top speed of 27.8km/h (17.3mph), can climb 15° slopes from a standstill and has twin transmission for tighter turns. As stated earlier, the M3's main weakness lies in its tracks. To keep the weight below 100t, the tracks were made thinner, both in thickness and width. Fitting thicker tracks may increase survivability, but this is untested. Furthermore, the armour skirts can impede movement on rougher terrain, but these can be removed for more rugged operations. *Provided you hit the turret or the rear end. The front armour on a Centurion is pretty good.
